There were several residential developments in the City of Auburn Hills that felt the impact of the economic downturn of 2008, and Hawk Woods Circle Condominiums happened to be one of them.

Now over a decade after plans for this 15-unit open space preservation development were approved, we’re pleased to report that home building is now complete. The single-family homes are tucked nicely into the woods, away from Bald Mountain Road, making it an ideal location for anyone who enjoys being surrounded by nature. Those residing in this quaint neighborhood also have easy access to E. Dale Fisk Hawk Woods Nature Center, if they have a desire to submerge themselves deeper into the natural habitat.

While driving through Hawk Woods Circle and looking at the outcome, we can honestly say that the long journey to completion was worth the wait.
