Introducing a New Coworking Space in Downtown Auburn Hills

Cowork refresh: Coworking is a business establishment that involves working independently or collaboratively in a shared office space. The demand for this style of work environment from the tech industry along with telecommuters, freelancers and self-employed individuals. Coworking brings people together who share the need for a space to conduct their business in an interactive space.

In May, 2015 Auburn Hills was voted the best place to start a business in the state of Michigan due to its business environment and thriving local economy by NerdWallet. Building on this designation, we floated the idea of a new coworking space right here, in Auburn Hills.

Today we are proud to announce the new…drumroll please….

CoWork @TheDEN – A space the works when you do. 

Currently, The DEN is a casual study space, open to the public, weekdays from 4:00 PM to Midnight and weekends, 2:00 PM to Midnight. We are expanding those hours for coworkers to access the building from 7:00 AM to Midnight, however, the general public is still welcome to utilize this great space during regular DEN hours.

THE SPACE

The DEN has over 1,500 square feet of workspace, providing a large variety of work places to choose from. Independent work stations and tables, to a common area for collaborative work and an outdoor patio for the warmer months – The DEN has something for all individuals and companies. The DEN’s flexible options provide the right balance of concentration and networking so that you can do your best work. The DEN offers free and convenient parking and is steps way from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops in the heart of Downtown Auburn Hills.

To join CoWork @TheDEN, start by downloading a membership application on our website at: www.auburnhillsden.org, fill out the membership application and email it to [email protected].

Please attach a one-page business description with your signed application. A staff member will contact you and schedule an appointment to discuss terms of use, community norms, payment expectations, and give you access to the facility.
