Steel Up on Aerospace Company's New $31 Million Headquarters

We’re happy to report that construction of the mammoth 181,122 sq. ft. headquarters for Visioneering, Inc. is proceeding at a fast pace.  Visioneering specializes in assembly tooling systems for the aerospace and defense industry.  The new building will house their corporate offices, a design center, and manufacturing operations – initially employing 150 people.  The site is located on the north side of Taylor Road, between Giddings Road and I-75.

The $31 million project was approved by the City Council this past May and construction began in August.  Weather permitting, the project’s developer anticipates the building will be ready for occupancy in Spring 2015.
