Start-Ups And Small Businesses Welcome

Visitors to the “Developing Thoughts” blog are often greeted with news about the construction of a new headquarters or major manufacturing facility being constructed in the City.  However, we also like to highlight the many opportunities available to small and start-up businesses wishing to move to and grow up in Auburn Hills.

It is this reason why we are pleased to report that on July 27th, the Auburn Hills City Council approved ARC Investments’ plans to construct three new light industrial buildings at 2165 Pontiac Road.  Two buildings will be 8,000 sq. ft. and the third building will be 10,000 sq. ft.  Each building will be divided into two separate units with each unit having its own office and shop area.  Construction is anticipated to take place in September with completion expected to occur in fall 2016.

City officials and staff are eager to see the project completed and the day when we welcome new businesses to our community.
