On Thursday, January 16, 2020 we celebrated the ribbon cutting of Michigan Hy-Fit Athletics in downtown Auburn Hills.
Located at 44 S. Squirrel Road in downtown Auburn Hills, Michigan Hy-Fit Athletics is a fully equipped state of the art facility with private bathrooms and showers that offers a seasoned approach at cultivating an ideal balance of strength, endurance, and athletic performance for all ages and skill sets. Michigan Hy-Fit Athletics offers a full class schedule, virtual training programs, and key-less entry open gym for all of their members.
Owners Denny and Alayna Pondo are excited to be a part of the Auburn Hills community. Their priority is to offer a safe, fun, and non-judgmental environment for all individuals.
