Public Review for "Villa Montclair" Rescheduled

Despite everyone’s best efforts, the public hearing and review of the much-anticipated Villa Montclair housing development will be rescheduled by the Planning Commission from January 13, 2016 (tomorrow) to February 3, 2016.
Final details on the project’s design plans were not completed by deadline. The developer and City staff fully expect the project will meet City’s ordinance standards in time for the February 3rd meeting.
