Primary Street to Close Thursday

Beginning this Thursday, a segment of Primary Street will be closed to thru-traffic for a period of three months.   The street is expected to reopen in mid-February 2013.

The temporary closure is occurring for safety purposes while the new municipal parking garage is being erected.
