Palm Palace Demolished ... We're One Step Closer to Starbucks

If you’ve passed by the corner of University Drive and Squirrel Road in the last day or so, there’s no doubt you saw the demolition of the vacant Palm Palace restaurant.  Folks will be pleased to see what rises from the rubble in the months ahead.

It’s anticipated that a new retail center will open by late Fall.  It will feature a Starbucks store complete with drive-through and outdoor seating area, along with five other tenants.
