An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills to develop an apartment complex on a 19.96 acre parcel of land located at the southeast corner of Baldwin and Collier Roads. The 81-unit development will be called Mosaic of Auburn Hills.

The development will offer a variety of housing options. It will include 36 townhouse style apartments with two and three bedroom options and 45 “modern” style apartments with nine unique floor plans ranging from ranch, split level, to colonial style living. All proposed buildings will be developed as renter-occupied apartments. Each unit will have a one-car garage.

Upon review and approval, construction is expected to begin this Spring with completion anticipated to take place by the end of 2016. The overall investment is estimated at $9 million.
Those interested in learning more about this development proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission’s meeting on Tuesday, March 17th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.
