New Drive-Thru Dunkin' Donuts To Locate In Auburn Crossing

Happy Friday morning!  We have some good news.

Dunkin’ Donuts has signed a lease to occupy new space being planned for the Auburn Crossing retail center, which is located east of I-75 between University Drive and Pontiac Road.  The bakery and coffee shop will include a drive-thru facility and indoor/outdoor seating.  The popular store will be part of a $4.95 million project to extensively renovate the tired looking property.

Plans call for the demolition of approximately 10,849 square feet of the western portion of the existing retail center, while making improvements to the remaining building façade.  In addition to revitalizing the existing center, a new 7,728 square foot retail building will be constructed closer to University Drive.  The Dunkin’ Donuts store will be located in the new building.

The owner intends to start construction within the next 30 days.  The project is anticipated to be complete by the end of the year.
