Buttoned Up For Winter

Construction started last fall on the new 90,000 sq. ft. US Headquarters building for RECARO Child Safety, LLC.  On this cold winter day in February, we find the building exterior is buttoned up and interior finishes are underway.

This German-based company designs, assembles and sells premium, high-quality child seats and strollers.  Initially, their new space will house 60 employees and is expected to provide enough room for expansion of its manufacutring operations and product offerings.

The contractor, General Development, plans to begin site work as soon as the ground thaws.  Asphalt paving, curbs, sidewalks and landscaping will be installed in time to occupy the building this summer.
