When complete, this will be quite the transformation.
An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills by Ghafari Realty Group, LLC for approval to demolish the existing Mobil gas station located at 810 N. Opdyke Road and replace it with an attractive new ten pump gas station and convenience store.

To ensure that the site will be large enough to accommodate the proposed project, Ghafari intends to purchase the vacant parcel to the east of the existing gas station, adjacent to Albert’s Coney Grill, and combine the two properties.
