We wish to report that Windsor-based Valiant International, Inc. is settling into their new 186,197 square foot facility located at 2469 Executive Hills Boulevard. The building was originally built in 1996 and was previously occupied by Durr Systems.

The $32.7 million project was first announced, with the support of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (MEDC) and the City of Auburn Hills, back in September 2015. The plant will manufacture automotive skeletons (body-in-white) for the major automakers and will also house a new skilled trade training space.
Valiant anticipates moving approximately 100 engineering and design staff to this location by the end of the year and intends to add 68 more employees within the next two years. The company has already installed machinery into the building’s massive production space and has started work on a new contract for Ford Motor Company.
We welcome Valiant and thank them for choosing to invest in our community.
