Update on BorgWarner's PTC Addition

After about nine months of construction, the three-story, 46,555 sq. ft. office addition and parking lot expansion at BorgWarner’s Powertrain Technical Center (PTC) located at 3800 Automation Avenue is nearing completion.  The projected finish date is August 15th.

Exterior siding, final grade, and landscaping should be completed within the next 30-45 days.  Much of the work still to be done is on the ground floor level where employees will enter this portion of the building.
