The Webster Breaks Ground in Downtown Auburn Hills

Monday, October 30th, marked a significant point in the history of downtown Auburn Hills. Auburn Hills’ city staff, elected officials, and members of the business community gathered to break ground on downtown’s latest development, The Webster.
The Webster will be a remarkable addition to downtown Auburn Hills with 88 luxury apartment units, 126,000 square feet of space, and will stand two stories taller than any other building currently in the downtown. The City of Auburn Hills is certain The Webster will generate activity on our sidewalks, parks, and inside our downtown businesses by building upon the wonderful sense of community that Mr. Bacall, of Bacall Development, has already brought to the downtown with the success of the Fountain Circle development.
The public and private partnerships demonstrated at the groundbreaking ceremony are a shining example of what happens when communities work cooperatively and creatively toward a successful end product with the private development community. These partnerships allow Auburn Hills to build upon its strengths and promote economic vitality.
