Steel Beams Now, Coffee Beans Later

If you haven’t driven by the northwest corner of University Drive and N. Squirrel Road recently you may be surprised how fast the construction of the Auburn Hills Marketplace is progressing.

Where once stood the Palm Palace Restaurant, you can now see the structural support beams for a new retail center that will feature a Starbuck Coffee store and five other tenants.

We anticipate that residents and morning commuters will be able to pick up their fresh morning brew at this new convenient location by early November.
