Saber Building Services Project Under Construction On Joslyn

It seems like everywhere you look there are bulldozers, cranes, and crews operating in the City of Auburn Hills right now.  This growth and investment is promising and great to see, especially after the lean years of the Great Recession, as it creates jobs and strengthens the economic health of our community.

Those who travel Joslyn Road probably have seen construction that is underway on property located on the west side of the road, between Pacific Boulevard and Taylor Road.  The pad for Saber Building Services is currently being leveled and prepared.  It is the first of two, 12,000 square foot light industrial buildings that were approved for the site by the City Council on August 28, 2017.

Saber Building Services offers a wide variety of cleaning services to businesses across Southeast Michigan, including janitorial, construction clean-up, window cleaning, and supplies.

The project is expected to be complete by late summer.  It is one of many excellent developments scheduled to open this year.
