The annual Community Health & Wellness Expo is an event designed to connect you with vital health resources, wellness services, and community organizations.

Get your flu vaccination at the expo courtesy of our partner, Alana’s Foundation. Pre-registration is required to ensure adequate vaccine supply. Note: Children under 17 must have a signed consent form from a parent/guardian. If insured, please bring a copy of your insurance card. Alana’s Foundation will provide support for the uninsured and underinsured.
