There are few things more beautiful than the skeleton of a new building taking shape. In about nine months, the site pictured below will come to life as the mammoth headquarters for the Americas for HIROTEC AMERICA. The $22.8 million facility will employ hundreds of people when finished. To learn more about this project click here.
This new structure is being built at the intersection of Cross Creek Parkway and High Meadow Circle
HIROTEC AMERICA is one of many large-scale projects currently under construction in the City of Auburn Hills. Many may not know that these projects require constant inspections for code compliance and safety, at every step of the construction process, by City staff and consultants. It takes a real team effort between the City and the developer to stay on the same page to keep complex projects like these on track for completion.
As you can imagine, it’s a very exciting … and busy … time for our community.
