Although there is plenty of snow on the ground today and lots of slippery roads, it’s good to think that sunny weather will be here soon. Warm weather will be here soon, right? Well, in a month or so the temperatures will rise which means construction season will soon heat up in Auburn Hills.
The developer of Angelica’s Place has informed our team that they plan start building their new two-story, 43-bed senior assisted living facility this August. It will be located on the south side of Walton Boulevard, east of Snellbrook. The project was approved by the City Council back in December 2012.
The developer anticipates the project will take nine to ten months to construct with a June 2015 opening. We can’t wait for the warm weather to finally come and see “shovels in the ground.”
