The new Hirotec America headquarters building is nearly complete. Construction began last fall on the new $22.8 million structure and remained on schedule, even through the cold winter months. It is always exciting and gratifying to see large-scale projects like this one come to fruition.

The shop floor has been poured and sealed. In the office areas, interior finishes including ceiling grids, lighting and carpet are close to completion on both the first and second floors. Large over-head cranes will be installed in the shop / warehouse area within a couple of weeks.
Paving of the parking lot and new bike path, along with installation of landscaping on the site will wrap up within another two weeks. Machines and office furniture are set to be installed in mid-July and Hirotec America employees are scheduled to move into in their new offices the first week in August.
Stay tuned for news and photos of the completed project.
