Chick-fil-A Has Opened in Auburn Hills
Michigan’s newest Chick-fil-A opened today in Auburn Hills. Franchisee owners Greg and Stasi Russell are the proud owners of this new store located on North Squirrel Road, between Walton Boulevard and University Drive, north of the Auburn Hills City Hall and across the street from Oakland University. With the largest automobile stacking lanes and parking lot capacity of any Chick-fil-A restaurant in Michigan, the Russells are prepared to serve lots of customers and do it in a very friendly and orderly fashion. Aside from really good food, I have to say that Greg and Stasi are the kind of people you will feel good about spending your money with. They are energetic, optimistic, family-oriented, charitable, and just all-around good people. As they will tell you, they plan to love everyone who comes through their doors and to deliver the best service and product imaginable. If my visit yesterday for the official ribbon cutting was any indication, your visit to Chick-fil-A Auburn Hills is going to be great. The staff at all levels show great care for their customers, and they can’t do enough to make sure your visit is excellent in every way.

As is always the case, a new Chick-fil-A promises to be very busy with wait times that require patience. So don’t get your feathers ruffled. Just because you don’t see employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off doesn’t mean they won’t be working diligently to fill your orders.
On behalf of all of us at the City of Auburn Hills, welcome Chick-fil-A, and a very special welcome to Greg and Stasi and your entire restaurant team. Enjoy nothing but success!
