Planning to install or widen your driveway? All driveway approaches must be constructed with a solid surface, gravel or dirt are not permitted. Oversized loads require a special permit to travel on the city’s roads. When applying, you must submit MDOT (Michigan Department of Transportation) and RCOC (Road Commission for Oakland County) permits along with your request.
