Eveonne Roberts Recognized for Community Leadership

Last Thursday was an exceptional evening in downtown Pontiac. It was extraordinary because 20 individuals, aged 21-40 years old, were recognized for their passion and commitment to their profession. Hosted by the Auburn Hills Chamber, Tomorrow’s Twenty Award recipients demonstrate influence in the community through volunteer or non-profit work, excellence in business through practicing leadership in the workplace, or business forward-thinking and innovation. The Tomorrow’s Twenty designation highlights the importance of community engagement and forward thinking.
We’re thrilled to announce that our esteemed colleague, Eveonne Roberts, has been selected as one of this year’s Tomorrow’s Twenty recipients for her exceptional dedication and leadership. In her roles as Downtown Engagement Specialist for the city of Auburn Hills and as a member of the Avondale Schools Board of Trustees, Eveonne’s energy and enthusiasm have been instrumental in uniting the community through her creative and innovative events. Her collaborative efforts, both within the city and with external partners, have enabled the hosting of numerous successful events and activities in our downtown area, significantly enhancing the city's profile. Her role is pivotal in promoting downtown and fostering future investment in the area. This same passion is evident in her advocacy for students in Avondale Schools. Eveonne consistently embodies the city’s core values and tirelessly works towards bringing about meaningful change.
In addition to the awards given to twenty individuals, three outstanding recipients were also recognized for their exceptional efforts in one of three pillars: Community, Innovation, and Leadership. Eveonne also received the 2025 Community Award for her influence in the community through volunteer and/or non-profit work.
We are immensely proud of Eveonne and her well-deserved recognition. Her dedication and leadership have not gone unnoticed, and we look forward to witnessing her continued success.
