The program offers comprehensive training, including resume writing, workplace etiquette, and job placement support. The new location at Oakland University offers participants the opportunity to engage with college campus life, providing an additional layer of integration into the community.
The launch of the Job Readiness Program coincides with National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), a month dedicated to raising awareness about the importance of inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.
