We’re pleased to report that after approximately two years of stagnation, the former Ralco building is now on-track to be complete. The unfinished building, located at 1925 Taylor Road, has been purchased by Louca Mold & Aerospace Machining, Inc. and will be ready to occupy by this December.

This will be Louca’s third facility in Auburn Hills. All of the company’s aircraft and automotive automation will be moved to this building as they will construct assembly lines for customers. Jobs at this facility will include engineers, electricians, mechanical designers, and assemblers. The company has the capacity to expand to approximately 500 employees at this location.
