Construction Begins On Aqua-Tots Swim School

Demolition and construction are underway on the new Aqua-Tots Swim School, located in the former Applebee’s restaurant at 750 Brown Road.

Visible from I-75 just north of Joslyn Road, the building’s south wall has been demolished and underground site work has begun.  Footings will follow in preparation for the new walls and roof for the 2,700 sq. ft. addition.

Within the next few months, the building will be closed up and work will move inside on the interior renovation. Project completion is expected in early June.
