"Checking In" On Opdyke Road Hotel Construction

Construction is moving full-steam ahead on the two new hotels at 907 N. Opdyke Road.  The $14 million development is being built by Basil and Mike Bacall.

The Holiday Inn Express, located on the eastern portion of the site, sits closest to Opdyke Road.  The building shell is complete, and interior work is now underway.  The building is scheduled for completion this coming Spring.

Right next door, on the west end of the site, work on the new Staybridge Suites Hotel is now more visible.  The site work, stairs, elevator shafts, foundation, and slab are complete, and construction of the exterior walls started last week.  The hotel is slated for completion this Summer.
