Celebrating an Expansion in Mental Health Care

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and so we were especially pleased to celebrate the ribbon cutting of Branches Auburn Hills, a new service of Havenwyck Hospital, on May 20.

Located at 1500 University Drive, Suite 173, within Oakland University’s West Center, Branches Auburn Hills will provide vital mental health support. Their services include both full-time and part-time day treatment programs, allowing patients to receive comprehensive treatment during the day and return home in the evening. The intensive outpatient program serves as a step-down transition or alternative to inpatient care, enabling patients to maintain important connections with their families and daily lives. The compassionate and dedicated staff is equipped to treat a range of mental health concerns, including depression, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma history, suicidal ideation, and self-harm behaviors.

Mental health is just as vital as physical health in our overall well-being. Havenwyck Hospital has been a part of Auburn Hills for over 40 years, and we are truly grateful to have this expansion right here in our community.
