The dough is fresh, the toppings are abundant, the ovens ablaze, and the pizzasmiths have mastered their craft. That can only mean one thing, the eagerly awaited Blaze Pizza is now open and ready to make you a customized pizza.
This new pizzeria, located at 2065 N Squirrel Road, is well-known for making pizzas with a perfect crispy crust in less than four minutes. Yes, that’s right … in less than four minutes, which means it’s an excellent place to grab a quick bite to eat if you’re short on time.
If you haven’t been to a Blaze Pizza be prepared to make a few decisions. You’ll first have to select what type of crust you want, thin, high-rise, or gluten-free. Next, you’ll need to choose your toppings, which includes your choice of 10 sauces, seven kinds of cheese, seven types of meat, and 17 veggies. And get this, you can have as many toppings as you want all for one price. Once that’s finished the pizzasmith will cook your pizza to perfection. So there you have it, your very own customized artesian pizza made fresh and fast.
Blaze Pizza also offers salads and desserts, including s’mores cookies, and an assortment of beverages like their very own Blood Orange Lemonade which is very tasty and refreshing and always a big hit with their customers.

FYI – As a special treat, Blaze Pizza Auburn Hills will be serving free pizzas all day on Tuesday, February 27th from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
