The much-anticipated opening of Parkside Tavern is close at hand.
New owner, Nick Lucaj, intends to finish renovations and upgrades to the building by mid-September
This new Downtown Auburn Hills gathering place, located at 3315 Auburn Road, is described as a “Modern American Bistro” that will offer a wide range of appetizers, meals, and deserts that are cooked from scratch. The interior has a fresh look with a more open floor plan that includes a dining area with two fireplaces.
The new 60 foot wraparound bar has 24 taps, including an assortment of Michigan craft beers
For those looking for a position in the restaurant industry the new owners are now hiring chef de cuisine, sous chefs, bakers, line cooks, wait staff, bar tenders, and hostesses to join their team. Those interested should stop by Parkside Tavern, Monday through Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Stay tuned for an update on the restaurant’s grand opening.
