Auburn Hills Congratulates the Solomon Family

Today, we are proud to celebrate the retirement of Fire Inspector Fred Solomon and Property/Evidence Technician Jessica Solomon. This husband-and-wife duo has provided a combined 61 years of dedicated service to the Auburn Hills community.

Inspector Fred Solomon began his career in Auburn Hills as a Police Service Officer with the Police Department in 1991 and transitioned to the Fire Department in 2000. As a fire inspector, he was part of a team responsible for preventing fires and emergencies by ensuring that all buildings and areas in Auburn Hills comply with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines. As the Police Department’s Property/Evidence Technician, Jessica was responsible for the secure handling and cataloging of evidence.

Together, Fred and Jessica have helped make Auburn Hills a safer community and we are grateful for their years of service. We wish the Solomon family all the best as they begin this exciting new chapter.
