The residences will consist of one and two-bedroom units ranging from 650 to 1,050 square-feet in size and will contain amenities such as an in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops, a co-working inspired community space, and many more. The total investment is estimated at $9 million.
