Hutchinson's New Headquarters On Track

As we begin the New Year, we wish to report on the status of the corporate headquarters facility currently under construction for French-based automotive supplier Hutchinson.  The project is located west of Cross Creek Parkway, between University Drive and High Meadow Circle.

The 60,502 square foot building is now 100% closed-in and contractors are currently installing drywall.  The developer anticipates the drop ceiling for each floor will be added later this month.  Once complete in May, it is expected that over 200 employees will occupy the new $8 million headquarters.
