New Panda Express Restaurant Proposed In The Auburn Mile

An application has been submitted to the City of Auburn Hills to allow the construction of a Panda Express Restaurant with a drive-thru facility and outside seating area. The proposed 2,593 square foot restaurant will be located just north of the Meijer Store at 800 Brown Road within the Auburn Mile Shopping Center.
Panda Express is a fast casual restaurant chain which serves American Chinese cuisine
The restaurant will be located in a newly created outlot adjacent to the Meijer store

Those interested in learning more about this proposal are encouraged to attend the public hearing at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, June 8th at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall. A final decision on the project is anticipated to be made by the City Council on Monday, June 20th.
Construction on the $1.2 million development is expected to begin in the Fall.
