Planning Commission Meets Tonight

Tonight is the last meeting of the year for the Auburn Hills Planning Commission.

The group plans to review two items:

1. Recommendation to City Council for Approval: Revised Site Plan for The Shoppes at Baldwin Square.  This is a City-initiated proposal to allow the retail center owner to add a new driveway to Alberta to alleviate some traffic concerns in the area.  The property is located at 3975 Baldwin Road, across from the Great Lakes Crossing Outlets.
2. General Discussion: Rebirth of the Angelus Forest PUD Project.  Developer David Steuer will informally introduce a new conceptual proposal to build 84 single-family homes on a 47 acre parcel generally located east of Baldwin Road, north of Collier Road.

The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.  All are welcome to attend.
