The Treasurer's Department is also responsible for the billing and collection of property taxes with subsequent distribution of those collections to Avondale, Lake Orion, Rochester, Pontiac Schools, Oakland Intermediate Schools, Oakland County, Oakland Community College, State of Michigan, and of course, the City of Auburn Hills.
Our office also processes the following payments:

- Dog Licenses
In addition to cash and checks, we now accept credit and debit cards at the counter. Fees do apply if using a credit / debit card and you must provide a photo ID.
Daily interaction with citizens and visitors who telephone or stop in at City Hall gives the Treasurer’s Department a unique opportunity to be involved with the community. Please feel free to contact our office for further information any time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
