Auburn Hills Skate Park

The skate park is open to skateboards, in-line skates, and BMX bikes. It is unsupervised, and the use of protective equipment is strongly encouraged.

Civic Center Park

Civic Center Park offers a wealth of natural beauty and includes nature trails, a fishing pond, and open lawn areas for picnics and outings. Open year-round, the park also has a softball field, a nine hole disc golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, and two play structures with swings. Two covered picnic shelters with barbecue grills can be reserved in season. Restrooms are available in season.

Clinton River Trail

Length: 2.1 miles
The trail in Auburn Hills is 2.1 miles in length and runs east-west between Adams Rd. and Opdyke Rd. The trail is paved and is suitable for biking and walking/jogging. This trail is part of a larger, 12 mile rail-trail connecting the West Bloomfield trail near Sylvan Lake to the Paint Creek Trail in Rochester.

The Community Center serves as a focal point for community activities, programs and special events sponsored by the City. Designed for youth, seniors and everyone in between, the Community Center promotes healthy, active lifestyles for all, and provides a place for a host of programs and services for the Auburn Hills community, including room rentals, a Game Room, a Fitness Room (free for A.H. residents) and a full Gymnasium.

Hawk Woods Park and Campground

Hawk Woods offers endless opportunities for outdoor recreational activities. Over 80 acres of beautiful woods, meadows and marsh to discover on groomed nature trails, marsh boardwalk and foot paths. The park also contains six overnight camping cabins that can be rented June - October, and a Lodge that is available to rent year-round for off-site business meetings and family events. Riverside Park

Riverside Park rests on the banks of the Clinton River in Downtown Auburn Hills and offers a paved walkway, play structure with swings, river access, and a covered picnic shelter that can be reserved in season. Barbecue grills and picnic tables are available in season and a heated restroom is open year-round. It is also home to the Knight Amphitheater and the Riverside Park Splash Pad.
