Check to make sure you have the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader loaded on your computer. Adobe Reader is required to view most of the documents provided on this website. Click on the Adobe icon if you wish to download the free Adobe Reader software.

Save file to your computer: Saving the file on your computer is sometimes faster than trying to view it in your web browser. Follow these instructions to download the file to your computer:

1. Right-click on the file you wish to view and select “Save Target As…”
2. Select the location where you want to save the file.
3. Click the Save button.
4. Once the download is complete click on the Open button.
5. You can now view the document.
