Ronald is the Director of the Department of Public Works (DPW), responsible for leading the long-term and day-to-day operation and maintenance of the public infrastructure including roads, fleet, water, sewer, storm drains, parks, grounds, and facilities. Ron possesses an Associate in Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Public Administration. He holds an S-2 and D-3 Certification as a Water Works Operator from the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. He is currently the Chairperson of the North Oakland County Water Authority, a member of the American Public Works Association and American Water Works Association. Ron is a graduate of the Michigan Public Service Institute at Central Michigan University, and attended the Leading, Educating, and Developing Program conducted by the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. He has thirty-two years of public works management experience.

Aaron is the Deputy Director of the Department of Public Works (DPW), assisting with the day to day management of fleet and roads, municipal properties, and public utilities. He holds both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Public Administration degree from Northern Illinois University. Prior to joining the Auburn Hills team in 2018, Aaron served the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he spent five years working in various capacities within the Public Works Department, City Manager’s Office, and Development Department. Prior to that, he served the City of Lake Forest, Illinois, working in the City Manager’s Office. Aaron is an active member with Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). As a Combat Veteran, he participates in various programs and services in support of Veterans, service members, and their families. Aaron and his wife Samantha (Sam) are grateful to call the City of Auburn Hills home with their son George.
