Ronald is the Director of the Department of Public Works (DPW), responsible for leading the long-term and day-to-day operation and maintenance of the public infrastructure including roads, fleet, water, sewer, storm drains, parks, grounds, and facilities. Ron possesses an Associate in Business Administration Degree and a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Public Administration. He holds an S-2 and D-3 Certification as a Water Works Operator from the State of Michigan Department of Environmental Quality. He is currently the Chairperson of the North Oakland County Water Authority, a member of the American Public Works Association and American Water Works Association. Ron is a graduate of the Michigan Public Service Institute at Central Michigan University and attended the Leading, Educating, and Developing Program conducted by the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. He has thirty-two years of public works management experience.

Aaron has the pleasure of serving as the Deputy Public Works Director for the City of Auburn Hills. His principal concentration is connecting the day-to-day operations of the department with the City’s Mission (what the department does), the City’s Values (how the department provides services), and the City’s Vision (why the department provides services). In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the City’s fleet and roads, municipal properties, and public utilities, he is also afforded the opportunity to aid with the organization's long-term operational management.
Among other accomplishments, Aaron holds both his Bachelor of Arts degree and Master of Public Administration degree from Northern Illinois University. He is a member of various organizations including the American Public Works Association (APWA) and the International City/County Management Association (ICMA). Last but not least, Aaron and his wife Samantha (Sam) are grateful to call Oakland County home with their son George.
