The Master Land Use Plan for the City of Auburn Hills was adopted in November 2002. The document serves as the City's plan for future growth and development. The plan includes the community's goals and recommendations for appropriate locations of residential, non-residential, and public land uses. It is developed and maintained with public input, helping the City grow in an orderly manner. The Master Land Use Plan is updated on a continuing basis to reflect changing needs over time.
